What would you value Findlay Curtis at? I'm only asking out of curiosity. Given his age, his performances this season, potential, the fact he is now an international, etc. Teams from Italy are now scouting the Scottish league looking for young talent. Could it be Kieron Bowie type money?

I'd say £3m tops at the moment as he's only played a handful of games for Rangers and half a season at Kilmarnock where he scored a few and had a Cpl of assists.
If he gets mins at the World Cup and becomes a regular, and does well in European matches and games V Celcheat, then his value will improve significantly, but at the moment it's just potential you're buying.

Presently about two million, plats in wc more. When we sell him, key will be add ons and sell ons
My view, give him a good pay rise now with three year deal and year option.

Selling him for 2/3m would be the worst business we ever do.

Findlay Curtis isn't for sale. ??

Jim Gillespie and Rangers' Leadership Strategy
Following his arrival as Chief Executive, Jim Gillespie's primary focus in interviews and club discussions has been laying out a new, systematic structure to ensure sustainable success for Rangers. In regular meetings with the Fan Advisory Board (FAB) and in his interviews, Gillespie has emphasized installing a winning mentality and establishing a strong Scottish and academy core within the squad.
The club's leadership strategy highlights the planned reintroduction and development of young prospects like Findlay Curtis as a key part of their multi-window squad planning.
From the horse's mouth.

John, if you don't mind me asking, when does Findlay Curtis Rangers current contract expire? ? I hope we don't sell him for a good few years yet, and I agree, give him a new 3 year deal with pay rise/improved terms. ? ??

Walter, I be, I've June 27, although we have a year's option.

Cheers, John, thanks for the info. ?

Curtis should have a much higher fee than 2-3 million. Teenagers with high potential go for far higher fees than that, and he's one of the most exciting.

I think some of you are getting confused. I'm only asking what you think his value would be at right now. I never suggested he was leaving, or that he should be sold. I like Curtis and want him to play for Rangers next year.
I'm asking what people's opinions are in relation to his value. I am not suggesting he should be sold. Is that clear enough?

90 percent of the so called fans said he wasn't good enough. They really need to see a headshrincker.

The lad never hides and always gives 100%. He'll do for me.

Good. ?

Rohl, as he isn't going to leave nor do we want to sell, then it is a moot point what price he would be. But given his lack of experience in 1st team then £3M seems fair if even a bit generous for a player with half a season of first team football at Killie under his belt.
Think that Ferguson left for Boglogna in 2002 for £2.5M, so even with time since then do you think Curtis is as good as he was then?

Turns out Italian clubs are interested in Curtis, Angus. Is it still a moot point?
