There was fans screaming for changes all around me at that game yesterday after the the first 10 minutes, how is that it can be so glaringly obvious to every day football fans, but the man being paid millions can't see it, it absolutely baffled me. The game was gone when he decided to change it, why? Another year with absolutely nothing, it's such hard graft to be a Rangers fan these days, so annoyed.

I've never even had a thought of sacking him, but I'm seriously having doubts about him. Going by chat at game so are many. I'm thinking it would be wrong to let him go, but can fans honestly say they feel confident about him, as I can't. How many times can you consistently play well one half and be so dire the next half, there's no rhyme or reason to it just a bloody mess.

What changes would you have made, BB? The players he brought on did nothing, and they were the only subs he could've made. The change in the second half was losing second balls, individual battles, and failing to gain control back.

The squad is mince and devoid of any personality whatsoever. We all agree that we need at least 10 players in, so how can a squad which is facing a massive exodus ever hope to win a league title?

He will be gone by October. The fact we got back into a title race is the only pass mark for him, and that's because Celtic hired nancy. Too many draws, and still too many dropped points. A manager that saved Sheffield Wed from relegation should never have been considered.

Only reason is his age. If you can't beat that Celtic team this season, we won't next season. Lost to them in two cups, poor in Europe, and bottled the league. We need leaders in the team, and a leader at the side of the park. Go get Gerrard and end this experiment now.

We couldn't gain control back in the game because the Blair Spittal came on and gave Hearts more in midfield. Everyone knew Hearts would change it at halftime, well, everyone except Danny Rohl.
Moore, Sterling and Olsen should have been off far sooner.

I'll reiterate what has been said on here for months, we've a very good squad of players and should have been galvanised ready for this run in.
I like DR, but he doesn't have it to be a Rangers manager imo.

We haven't got a good squad though, J-zer, that's glaringly obvious.

I'm sure Ehl, mentioned last week, we were struggling through players carrying injuries, to field 9 or 10 reasonably fit players?
Not making excuses, but maybe Rohl's hands were tied, as to who played & what intensity we were able to play.

The worrying thing for me was Hearts didn't have to play well to beat us.
