Sick of excuses, players not fit enough, players can only start on the bench, this is not Rohl's fault, he needs a preseason, he needs 3 transfer windows. In what is a usual 2 horse race we have excelled in failure over the last 15 years.
If our season becomes over on Monday, we must sign the correct types of players in the summer and by that I mean guys who can adapt to the speed of the game and are willing to fight to earn the right to win.

I think that's the general point of Rohl needs 3 windows? Who a f*** can he sign in October or March?
He inherited an awful squad and got a tune out of them. If you're not happy about being 3rs in a 2 horse race, then let the board know. This is their fault, not Rohl's.

BT, I think every manager should get at least 3/4 windows, as long as showing improvement each window. I also agree that is all we hear re give him time, needs own players, needs a few windows, etc. As much as it's frustrating to hear, it's also very true, mate.
We couldn't, for example, sack Rohl if we don't win titles, could we? I'm with you in how annoying it is to hear it year after year. It needs to be done though.

Players not being fit, we have had that since SG left. Martin still getting blamed for fitness, it's just another excuse.

How is every other team fit, just seems to be us who can't play 90 mins of football, where was sports science when Davie Weir was running about at 40 and not complaining? We just always seem to have a team of weak soft players.

Exactly, Storm, could you imagine if a sports scientist told Davie Cooper he couldn't play because his data says so? The same for any player worth their salt back in the day.
