See the knives are out for Rohl on social media and phone ins.
26 Apr 2026 18:29:32
His love for certain players can contribute to that, I think, e.g. Gassama.
26 Apr 2026 18:30:04
Yup, the toxic elements are back out in force. Rohl is getting it. Manny is getting it. Even the 4-4-2, which people wanted to see so badly, is getting it. People saw today why 3 man midfields dominate the 4-4-2.
Motherwell play the best football in the SPFL. They outplayed us today. It's just that simple.
Rangers showed arrogance today, leaving out key players in Tavernier and Moore.

It's a disgrace if that's the case. We wouldn't be anywhere near a title without him, yes, he's made mistakes, and is due a bit of criticism for that, but to be calling for his head is beyond ridiculous.
26 Apr 2026 18:32:09
I've always backed him. However, his recent team selections have been wrong.
26 Apr 2026 18:35:58
Don't want rid, but he is massively at fault for today.
26 Apr 2026 18:38:54
Was formation not 4222.
26 Apr 2026 18:39:24
Gassama, a winger who won't take a man on, and Aasgaard, a midfielder who won't track back. ? - A horror show today which says more about our mentality than anything - a must win home game and we started like the league was won - rank rotten attitude and desire in 1st half - all uphill now. ?

Good. It's another big game where we are chasing a goal and he's taken off an attacker for a defensive-minded player.
Should've made changes at the 25th minute, not the 45th. Couldn't care less about players' emotions.
Gassama is a waster. Should be punted to anyone that will take him.
Meghoma is a non-entity and shouldn't be near squads.
Fernandez was brutal today, as was Djiga and Butland.
Full squad needs ripped apart. You'd genuinely keep maybe 4 or 5 of them, which is embarrassing after a 4th rebuild in 5 years.

Joys of being a head coach, take the plaudits when you're winning, but have to take the criticism when you lose. But one thing he has to do is learn from his mistakes, and realise who he can depend on in his team selection to turn up and give their all for 90+ mins.
26 Apr 2026 18:56:04
Motherwell play good football if you allow them, but the truth is they came into today on a terrible run of form and we allowed them to dictate.
26 Apr 2026 18:57:42
Me2 that is on the manager.
26 Apr 2026 19:09:13
Agree, Storm, I like the guy and he's done a great job for us but feel he needs to take some responsibility for today and not sorting out why we can't play for 90 minutes.
Starting to doubt if he can take us to where we all want to be, today's performance isn't just a one off either.
26 Apr 2026 19:33:13
WATP, I have to agree. Chances should have been made around the 25 minute mark. Our starting line up and tactics were clearly never going to work.
We were being schooled by Motherwell, and so badly out of the game, it needed drastic, decisive change.
The half time changes improved matters, but, after 2-2, Motherwell weathered the storm and looked dangerous again.
All we can do now is go for it in the last 4 games.
I can't see draws being enough.
The players will have to rise to the occasion, and us fans will need nerves of steel.
