All about leadership. Coaching and tactics are whiteboard stuff. Can you get more and make the players do more, fight for each other. Danny and Clement are good coaches, just supplying the wrong tools.

A lot of it is down to our players not taking the initiative and putting that mob away when we were on top for all of today and 50 minutes last week. ? I knew some would blame Danny Rohl, Danny Rohl only, but the majority of that today was down to our players and decision making against a poor Celtic team that was there for the taking. ? We should, undoubtedly, give Danny Rohl the chance to sign and build for next season, and I have absolutely no doubt our board will.
? In the meantime, we fight 'till the day is done in our remaining 9 league games, and see where we sit at the end of the campaign and take stock from there. ? I'm as scunnered as any fellow bear coming out of Ibrox after our penalty kick defeat to them, but I'm most definitely not calling for Danny Rohl to be sacked, absolutely not, and although I'm hurting terribly, he gets next season for me to build his own team. ? ??

Right now, I wouldn't be signing Olsen full time.
Olsen, at 26, with 40 caps, shouldn't need time - he should be a stand out in this league.
But he has failed to deliver.

He's a really dreadful player, with no appetite to win. I'll wish him well for next season, and I'm grateful it won't be with us.

Not long back from the game, and very disappointed. Not surprised by the penalties, but we should have won it in 90 minutes, never mind 120 minutes. Crossing and corners were poor, and we didn't do enough to turn them. I thought they defended well without us putting them under real pressure at the back.
Rohl got it right with Djiga coming in, as I hoped he might, and I thought he had a good game. It's these games that you need a spark, and it's what Olsen was brought in for. Unfortunately, he looks a shadow of the player he was a couple of seasons back. He does not want to go at the last man, and everything is too safe.
In the second half, he seemed to be more central when we had a clear overload on the right, whether that was the tactic I am not sure.
Gassama also didn't offer much, and these are the players that we are looking to create something.
Not for me the manager going, as disappointing as it is. It shows, still, whilst we have improved since he came in, that we have a way to go.
Can't see the league being in our reach now, so it puts a fair amount of pressure on him and the team to at least have a good end to the season to build on next.

Olsen is a clever player, no doubt, but he doesn't want to commit himself, and that's no good. Cerny was much better.

He's supposed to be an established international player. The guy looks out of his depth playing for Rangers. To make it worse, you have an 18 yr old boy in Mikey Moore who is showing him how it should be done. That's got to be embarrassing for the guy. Use the money to try and sign Moore. Olsen, unfortunately, is a dud.

Whatever has happened to him in the last few years since I saw him playing a few times for Brugge, what happened to this pacy winger that went at players and had a good finish.
Whatever it is, you can see that it's not fitness but his confidence is shot.
He never played much for Wolfsburg, and we can see why.
I don't believe it's lack of fitness either, as he should be up to match fitness by now.
Off the ball today, I noticed Raskin and Diomande gesturing and talking to him about his positioning.
Maybe we thought we could get him playing to the way he used to be.
Sadly, he looks to have lost his way.
