As we've all now witnessed, Youssef Chermiti has delivered in the big games against Celtic and Hearts respectively ie.a combination of 8 goals against them both. ? So can he start scoring on a regular basis against the so called smaller teams and become a regular goalscorer for us. ?
I firmly do believe he can and we've got to remember this young highly rated striker had hardly played any games for Everton before we signed him and he's still very young at 21 years old and will have periods of inconsistentcy while still improving and gaining experience with age. ?
So ED, would you be so kind and run a poll for me to gauge all our opinions on Chermiti ?My poll being ie.can Chermiti become a regular goalscorer for Rangers, yes or no. ? as usual cheers ED and very much appreciated ?

He will become a regular scorer if our head coach can see where his strengths are, and we play to them. That's if Rangers aren't looking at selling in the summer, or if an offer comes in we can't refuse.

I think he could hit 25+ if we play two up top. I think he's closer to 3 goals playing up top on his own.

Sir Walter, I'm not going to do the poll. Reason being, I would say yes, if, and a big if, we play w up top every game. When he's on up there, he's so isolated.
I think most fans can see this watching us play. I imagine Skov Olsen won't be here next season, so if we can get a rw to create chances, I do think he will score.

If it was a million or two, and he is on 20 k a week, you would take a gamble, but he isn't, so it's a hard no for Olsen.
It was an option.
We would need to see what Chermiti is like against the "lesser teams" than Celtic and Hearts.
His goals are lacking in those games. We shall see soon if we continue to play two up top, to see if that's the problem against those teams. I have doubts. He is improving, but needs to do it more.

Can he? Will he? Very different questions. He has the ability, and if played to his strengths, ie in the box with a partner, not as one man up front. He also needs the right attitude. It is all well and good turning up in big games, or even for a half, but he has not done nearly enough in the rest.
He sat on the box enjoying the applause, then forgot about application in the 2nd half and started showboating, which cost us. Jas needs to learn, and learn soon.

Showed he can score different types of goal. Class header again, Hearts then yesterday. Supply him with the ammo and he'll get goals, some in speculator fashion. I really can't remember ever seeing a better double than that against Celtic.

Whatsmyname, and the majority of them are pointless crap.
Laudrup, that boy needs to start scoring also. The 1st couple of games he looked a player, but he doesn't seem fit enough, but that's what happens when you buy from the 3rd division in Germany for far too much money.
Hopefully we will see the best of him soon, but I think it will be next season for him.
