Pretty clear that some of our first team squad are living their best life. Huge pay packets every week, fancy cars and luxury pads.probably throw in a hot babe on their arms and there you have it. sauntering around the park with no actual insight into what this league means to the long suffering fans.
Hey, I scored twice against the league leaders and Celtic, I don't need to score anymore.could write a book here - Tav running all over the place like a headless chicken to take every free kick, throw in and corner.with virtually no end product now.yesterday will go down as the game that done us in along with ross county the other failed season.
Time to work your magic Danny, remind some of those gold spooners what's at steak for the huge following all round the world. oh the good ole days when Shearer Caldow, Grieg, Henderson etc made buttons compared to those scoundrels with their tights and gloves and gave their all for our club.maybe wear a toque to set it all off.they would you know.

We're not done. The dropped points aren't welcome, but that is yet another overreaction.

Point well made, Deecee.
The thing that strikes me, and has done for years, is the lack of intensity in the play.
This is your job - get to work!
I watched an FC Koln game the other week, when talk of that Martel lad was going about.
Something I noticed about them was their intensity. It put our players to shame.
I am so fed up of seeing people saunter around. It's like they think our league is easy street and can't get up for it.

Danny has been part of the problem for the Livi game and the Motherwell game.
Wrong formation and team selection.
The team and Danny have done great to get us to where we are, but that doesn't mean they can stop now.

Good post, mate.

Hearts' intensity put us to shame.
All playing about at the back with square passes, reminds you of the start of the season.
Time for some to take a look in the mirror. Can they honestly say they have given their all?
How long do we persevere with Gassama & Olsen as wide players with little end product.

Feel your frustration, but there is still a double to play for. Always felt that SG squad became tighter after winning the league, then he left. Been 6 years since then. I believe Hearts may be running off that desire more than us, but we will see. ?

I remember everyone going berserk and wanting rid of Walter Smith at the beginning of the 1994/95 season when we lost 3 in a row: AEK Athens, Celtic and Falkirk.
Danny will make mistakes, just like all good managers, but he, at the moment, has made a positive impact on our season, and we still have a great chance of winning the league.
23 Feb 2026 16:02:29
Agree. Danny needs to understand what winning the league means to Rangers fans everywhere. People travel far and wide to watch.
Players need to show desire for 90 minutes against any opposition.
McInnes has still got Hearts fighting for every point.
And look at Motherwell, still looking and fighting for a top 4 finish.

Let's not forget, regardless of the team selection, how many shots did we have on goal? How many touches in the Livi box? Their keeper was in tremendous form. No matter what formation was played, he is the last man!!!
23 Feb 2026 16:43:04
Isn't this playing around at the back what Danny has told them to do? If not, why is he not going nuts on the touchline? I agree, btw, this sideways passing is doing my head in and needs to stop.
All it is doing is giving the opposition time to get back into position. He better be kicking their backsides today for the total ineptitude in front of goal.

Thought Olsen started ok yesterday. I would've taken Gassama off at half time, so not sure if Olsen picked up a knock. At least Olsen was getting some crosses into the box, but a lot of the time Chermiti was against 3 defenders.

He looks off the pace, not direct enough, or wanting to go at defenders, instead wanting to come in most of the time.
It could be that it will take him a run of games to get his match sharpness after not featuring a lot.
I hope it's that, rather than he's lost form due to lack of confidence.
He is still clever on the ball and has a good touch, so hopefully he can find his best form soon.

Skov Olsen has always preferred to mainly come inside the defender to get shots off or play from there. He can go outside, but it is not his preference. He has played less than 4 full 90 minutes in his 6 games since being out in October.
He scored 1 and assisted 1 in the league, so he isn't doing that badly whilst getting up to speed.

Most footballers come from modest backgrounds and have worked at their game for years to get to the professional level. The vast majority don't make it. I don't see what's wrong with them doing well for themselves and family.
I think there is enough, on the football side, to criticise individual performances without getting into this type of criticism.
I actually think it's a good thing that people from all over the world can improve their lives through their talents in the sporting world. There is a fairness to it that we don't often see in the world, which I really like.

You need to make your mind up, mate, if you are criticising some of them for resting on their laurels after a good display, you can't include Tav for running about doing everything in the same argument.
