Took a few days to digest what happened on Wednesday and immediately after the game I was furious with what I watched and with Rohl's subs and starting 11.
However with that being said and as EHL has pointed out they have Motherwell home before split and away after the split. They also have Hibs away after the split and we play both Hearts and Celtic twice still. This league is far from over and after this weekend it's into one game per week for us and Hearts whilst Celtic have postponed games and European to catch up on. Neither Hearts nor Celtic are in "good form" and are scraping wins. All 3 matches were 5 mins away from different outcomes and different views, opinions and feelings on this site, X and elsewhere.
Now don't let that muddy the water Wednesday night was not good enough and the selections were poorly thought out, in a game of fine margins we were a pen award or the Chermiti chance away from winning that game at a ground where Motherwell hadn't conceded a goal for months and all whilst playing poorly with players that didn't deserve a start in the eyes of many.
This title is still in our grasp and Sunday has gone from a must not lose to a must win but I believe we will beat Hearts and then it's onto the "easier" livi before we meet Celtic in 2 weeks time. Win that and we are right where we need to be.

I would rather scrape a win and get the 3 points than drop points against 10 men.

Ayrshire, that post is too well thought out and mature for this forum, mate.
I still think we will win the league.

Ayrshire that type of rhetoric will never catch on mate lol

Interesting point you make Aryshire, regarding the possible penalty, as nothing has been mentioned of it. Do you or any of the other posters think it was a penalty? I did. I feel the Motherwell player accidentally made contact with Chirmeti and did not play the ball at all.

It's all ifs at the moment.
We had a chance to be top if we beat Well & Hearts.
If we beat Hearts & Celtic, with Livi in between, I reckon we will be top.
We are at home for 2 of them.
You are absolutely right, we all still have to play each other a few times, including Motherwell, so there will be plenty of twists.
One thing for sure, we need to let Naderi try to get us the goals, as Chermiti has proven he won't when games are on a knife edge.

Excellent post, Ayrshire.
