That's possibly the worst we have played under Danny Rohl I thought he got his tactics wrong We looked slow and didn't get the ball forward quick enough and three mistakes cost us the game. We desperately need a striker and leader as tav is past it needs replacing.

Think there were other euro games under Rohl where we were worse. Some silly defending and a bit of bad luck but Porto are a very good side so ill take it, we won't play better for the rest of the season, not even close.

Thought we were really good second half he will have said no point us absolutely smashing our pans in for nothing that Porto team would give any team a game so is what it is.

Definitely not worse than the Brann game when we were trounced by a team far worse than Porto.

Sorry but what are you talking about got the tactics wrong? Outside of a 15 minute spell where we conceded 3 goals from errors we were competitive without creating too much.
1st goal Raskin too eager and then we are scrambling, 2nd goal Tav and Butland mess up and the third goal Dio loses his man and then Fernandez misreads the flight of the ball.
I don't think Rohl told Raskin to jump too far and slip, or told tav and Butland to not communicate or take control and I'm guessing Rohl and fry didn't tell Manny to score an OG or Dio to lose his man.

We were set up well, playing well…. howling individual errors punished by a team performing way above our level currently. Had most of the play second half…. Rohl is bang on and he's trying to improve the quality of player we have it just can't happen overnight.

First goal Meghoma toe poked it to their player, 2nd and 3rd goals, what can you say? We are miles behind these euro teams at the moment, far too slow in possession and movement. We did look better 2nd half, but no threat to their goalie/ defence. I just hope we throw everything at the league now, we must!
