With Barron out I would hope Cameron would get his chance, I have read he's not doing it in training but this I cannot understand, the lad is a wee terrier on the pitch much like Conner, that's his mentality so why would he not be doing this in training, yes he's had injuries but many have and then be back in the team, he seems to always be in the training videos, is it Danny just doesn't rate him, is he too small, too strawberry blonde, too Scottish, talk of loans now, think he needs a chance on the pitch like others, assgaard continues to get minutes and for me brings nothing apart fae a few nice touches, there's a good wee player there for me but now we are transfixed on transfers, whilst we have a lad that can only improve if given at least half a chance.
Yes Danny makes the decisions and is doing great but his exclusion is baffling for me.

Shota Cameron said before the first game against Dundee that life at Rangers was totally different to being at Dundee and specifically mentioned the training. Dundee were upset at the time.
could he just be struggling to adapt to the demands at the club and not quite be getting what is required at training; injuries won't be helping that either. doesn't make him a bad player or that he doesn't run around but he would have been doing that with Dundee.
Cameron has said that more is expected of him than that. Rohl also said a few games ago that Cameron had done well over the week at training a few games back and got minutes because of it.
so I just think it is a young lad struggling a little to get used to the demands of playing at the club. others get minutes as they are showing more in training.
a case of nothing to see here really, i. e. no agenda hidden or otherwise.

I think we need to trust Danny if He thought Cameron would offer something he'd play although iv read he's been nursing a calf injury so maybe if or when that cleats we will see him being used.

Shota, because Rohl clearly thinks others are better or he'd be in the team, same situation with Curtis, fans will have opinions but that doesn't make their opinion correct mate.

Shota i believe there is more to this than what meets the eye.
I don't think it is for anyone other than the club to disclose.

We don't really see what he's doing tho behind the scenes. I had high hopes for him too. Can't be anything to do with Scottishness or size given importance he's placed on Barron. What he said about players needing to get on board the train or be left behind was very telling.

Typical reaction, coming from big fish in little pond Dundee, able to play his own game to a large extent, to suddenly, very small fish in Big pond, with less freedom and following orders.
Not the first one to struggle with that.
He will be ok, but fear if he is sent out on loan, we might not see him again?

I really hope the injury to Barron does open the door for Cameron - would love to see him getting more minutes, as I think he has a lot to offer.

Aphe, I think you are correct. I do recall that Cameron had some personal issues to contend with, so hopefully those are being resolved and we will see him being more settled in the near future.

Play Cameron over Aasgaard tomorrow against Aberdeen as he would give us so much more but looks unlikely.

Bleedblue you need to get in the team 1st before you can say that. If he doesn't train well he doesn't get to perform on match day.
