Here is the reality bit. None of us actually know if he would be good or bad until he actually becomes a coach.
Not for me but Arfield I would love.
Some guys play football. Some guys can play football and have a idea what to do but Arfield for me has a football brain, which he uses.
Not told when and where to run but decides on decisions based on play etc.
Stay, go beyond examples. Assgard and Dio don't do it enough.
They for me don't see the play in time or in advance before it happens to make that early decision.

Tavs time should have came to an end 3 years ago. He's been a good player for us but I'm not convinced at all he has the makings of a coach.
And from what's been posted here in the past, he was a bit of a trouble maker. We need to move on and Upgrade.

I'll thank him for his service and efforts and wish him all the best at the end of his contract but the thought of him coaching in any capacity at Ibrox gives me the fear.
