That's about right - stand by for the apology and how they'll learn from it. I know we were second best for the first half and Butland had a good game, but the blatant incompetence is beyond a joke now.

Was always going to be an uphill task with 12 v 11 for 90 minutes but even more difficult with 12 v 10. Hope the club call it out. The officials performance for shocking yesterday.

What a performance he gave ?.

Let's not distract ourselves from the real problem. yes officials were poor but we weren't good enough to beat a very average team.

There will be no apologies, Column will quote the rules word for word and give the interpretation of, "it is subjective" and spin it in favour of Walsh and his match day team.

The big one was Trustys kick and it is var that are to blame for not intervening in a clear and obvious mistake, same as last year they don't want to overturn the refs decision and that's an issue up here and we have saw it happen in a few games and not just ours,
They don't get them all right down south either but have you noticed when you watch a game in the premier league their are numerous times when you hear var is checking things even when nothing has been awarded, maybe we should look at who is continually getting these wrong at the var panel.

Just thought I would say my bit and it's not an excuse for the result as someone posted earlier we never looked like winning the game and weren't good enough taking our chances.

What is he going say about Trusty's boot making contact with Butland's head Teds? No way out that.

03 Nov 2025 18:53:43
@ my Star, Just wait and see how they wriggle out of this one, it will be word-smithing at its finest.

03 Nov 2025 19:30:33
Watching the video its obvious that Trusty kicked Butland after he had the ball safely in his grasp, therefore it was late, intentional and was not intended to play the ball. The intensity of the kick doesn't come into it, it was a deliberate attempt to injure an opponent.

Remember too, that this was the ref who sent off Diomande against Dundee United for a flick of his hand which he deemed violent conduct even after reviewing it on the screen.
I wonder if we can sue the SFA for failure to provide a safe working environment for our players.

03 Nov 2025 19:34:41
Teds that'd be something else if he wriggles out of that mate.

Wslgers4ever, the sfa are currently trying to get turbo charged wheelchairs for coluom and his colleges to help Celtic get to 50 in a row, if I had one wish i'd wish we could get out of the sfa system and into a European league. Let them get on with it, see 10 thousand at most games as there would be no competition.

03 Nov 2025 20:34:50
My star…. It wouldn't surprise me if he came out and said Butland moved his head towards trusty's boot. Keeper to blame ???‍♂️.

03 Nov 2025 22:12:24
Collum will say there wasn't enough force in it and that's how they get out of it. I don't agree with it but that's what they will say.
