Could be something in that (although tactics aren't helping) . EHL posted last week that there were 12 players looking at exits.

A bit of both tbh Jason. It's his job to get the best out the players though that's what he's paid for, it ain't happening. It will always be on the manager but players aren't blameless either. He threw gassa under the bus aswell, he's one of those narcissists that wants to blame everyone but himself, what happened to protecting your players, who wants to play for a guy that constantly throws his players under the bus.

8 of that starting lineup were new players, yes sounds like many of the old squad want out, but that's no excuse they are supposed to be professional footballers.

Think that's a culture we as a club are promoting to be honest. We will give you the platform to bigger better things. People want it after one year. Most Players don't care about the club.

Jason, many players have their eye on the exit because of him mate. And even if it wasn't, he's still picking them, in his rubbish system that hasn't worked for him anywhere else either.
He's doing a good job at pointing towards everyone else for him being a rubbish manager, he's good at that, I'll grant him.

Thoughts are RM was the wrong appointment and his tactics are shocking, in his own arrogance he can't/ won't change it to get the best out of the current players and new signings. His last three appointments he has been given the bullet hopefully it happens again here sooner rather than later so we can try and salvage some sort of a season already. Not a great start, in fact a horrendous start from the new hierarchy.
