Try this Mark
BBC iPlayer TV app, you can change your location by going to Settings and selecting Change Location. You can choose from Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales or any of the English regions.
That will allow u to watch it.

BBC Sco 115 on Sky Q box. I thought they said that at the end of the Sco news, had a look and it hadn't been updated at that point and replyed to someone to say not on TV, sorry my mistake.

Just been on iplayer and changed the settings to Scotland.
