The new owners should just sack Martin right now, do a poll for the fans and give the job to the manager with the highest %, yes poor football for the majority of the game today, but not a chance is Martin getting enough time to play the football he wants, got a poster saying don't let him sign any more players when we're desperate for a lcb lb rw, it's all over after the first league game.

Lots of hurting, angry and probably bemused fans…
Panathinaikos was tough to watch, but we got through (as we so often do in Europe), but it's in SPFL that has most baffled… today was not just the dropped points, but the manner. Outplayed in the 2nd half, bringing unnecessary pressure on our defence way too often (and that includes losing ball in M'Well half only to see them carve through us with often 1-2 passes) .
We all know it's a journey, there will be major bumps, but the Manager saying there were too many essentially 'not up for the fight' concerns me most… errors can be corrected, systems tweaked, however a lack of will or belief will get you every time….

Listen we're here now we need to embrace e it and support the set up and philosophy but I don't have a lot of faith in him. Said it before he came.
We will get anhilated in Europe if we make the champs league groups.
Europa even could be too much for the tactics and players capabilities of doing what he's asking.
Can see a lot of players getting a hard time for mistakes this season and will be down to RM tactics.

I think I went came up against a side that sat in, frustrated us and pinched a goal from a set piece or counter attack - it would be defendable.
However, Motherwell played us off the park by playing the style of football we HOPE to see. Furthermore they done it by making tactical adjustments throughout the match that we couldn't cope with. That's what worries me.
Martin needs to play to the strengths of his players at the expense of his own ego. If he doesn't, he won't succeed.
