I've thought long and hard about posting this today, finally decided I needed to get this off my chest.
Let me start by making clear that I am not the biggest fan of Kieran Dowell. When we first signed him, I thought he might be decent, but it never really happened for him. He's gone out for a year on loan, got some confidence in his play and come back ready to fight for his place. The last thing he needs is the support getting on his back and negativity pouring down on him. He must be given our support and encouraged to play for the jersey. I hope there are many posters here left with egg on their faces over the next few months. Of course, it could be me left like that if he actually does move on, but for now that doesn't look like happening.

I really hope this is a season when everyone gets behind the team, I also know us fans have been starved of anything looking like a winning team for so long.
Just let's get behind them from the off and see where it takes us ?.

Ive also put some serious thought into it over the last day or 2 as well. And yeah he can still leave asap.
But if he doesn't leave i'm sure the physio will enjoy his company ?
Thats been the main reason he's been unavailable not his ability. What use is that.

Dowell is a really good, intelligent footballer. RM knows it, that's why he'll get plenty mins this season.

Definitely a player in Dowell hopefully we can see that this season he was decent with Norwich and started most games.

Once we get another winger in I would be surprised if Dowell stays, we have over nine midfielders and will have to trim the squad, we must have well over 30 in our squad with a couple more to come in.

Coopers EHL just listed 4 for each of the 3 positions so we have 12 at the moment. However Dowell has been playing right of the front 3 so he isn't MF. could be we only get 1 RW and he fights for a place there.
