It's now a 40 mill + final . I thought wee played well in spells against a very good team and a draw was the right result imo mistakes from people that don't usually make mistakes so . its doable . can't fkn wait.

Mistakes from people who don't usually make mistakes? Goldson has been great 4 us over the years bit he does make a lot of mistakea. Both goals were his fault.

Anyone who doesn't make mistakes, doesn't do anything. If I have one complaint, it is this, we are too slow at playing out from the back, but then again PSV pressured us into that situation. We can of course still do this next week, TVN himself said in his post match interview that nothing is certain, as did Gio to Emma Dodds. We have progressed a lot IMO, as we now have attacking players who are more direct, the centre of our defence, very strong last season, must be better at set pieces, and we also need to be getting more from our corners, we should see more goals from this area. On to next week in a positive frame of mind.

Goldson wasn't at fault for the goals - Tillman ducked under the ball at the near post and then it ricocheted all over. The second goal, Goldson was the only defender to see the run but was too late. There were too many Rangers players marking nobody.

BAR72, 100% correct! We don't seem to learn! When McGregor was in goal he never came for corners and the McLaughlin fans were quick to point out that he was excellent with crosses into the box but unfortunately he is inconsistent, some times he comes, sometimes he hesitates. For a defence that must be a major worry.
Hopefully Davies, when fully match fit, will make a difference in the centre of the defence but we definitely need to improve both in Europe and in the SPL in that areas the pitch.

Paul86 would love to see you get a later header and do something with it. That goal wall all on Tillman! So much so he knew it and his head went down for the game. He gets too emotional Tillman, and he needs to focus for full 90!

It was the heat if we went full pelt in tht game their would be players running on empty. Not sure many people know how hard it is to play high intensity football in tht heat. We hit woodwork twice n if alf took a couple chances we would have said great result without usingbto much energy for sunday. Thts one thing i will say about alfredo john his all round game has omproved last season no doubt. But infront of goal hevlacks abit of composure. If he had more composure infront of he would get an extra 10 goals a season imho. Still only striker in scotlandbwho can occupy a whole defence on his own 👌💙.

I just hope wee turn up on Sunday and it's a turning point for us and gets us going because what iv seen so far isn't great . Just because we failed to score against 10 men who are part time Armenian lumber jack's doesn't matter. We can always blame the heat and the stadium as it has nothing to do with the fact most of our players don't seem interested this season. Who knows we might even get the pleasure of watching Lundstrum doing nothing again to justify his 35k wage. Roll on Sunday 🎉.
