Everyone speculating about what’s going on in the background. It’s not rocket science Gio has us playing boring unattractive football. His methods are safety first, keep the zero. I regard him as a great person and a great coach. He just need to spark the team a bit. We look uninterested and bored and the fans are to in Scottish games. Wits frustrating as we made amazing progress but fearing we might go back the way. Just got to keep backing the manager and the team and hope we click again soon and play how I know we can.

Dingo yes football is boring but if Ryan Kent can't beat his opponent or Goldson can defend his box or Arfield matesses from 6 yards or Tav turns his back at a free kick or Lundstrum switches off or Kamara couldn't care less there's only so much a coach can do the players must show more professionalism. We gave a squad that needed 5 or 6 moved on but that hasn't happened again Wilson and board must take responsibility and despite everything we can go top of the league if we win our next match.

Folks the players he has at his disposal can't change the way they play. You drill the method all day but if they don't stick to it on the pitch your toast. So you get rid, and bring players to suit. Wilson hasn't done that or the board hasn't done that.

I noticed gio urging his players forward … donuts not all cut an dry . If they are lacking a tad of confidence because of the slating ( just look on here ) they will obviously not want to take chances and probe and will go for the safe option.
I still maintain bad luck and injuries has cost us dear . Having to play sands at ch is the main reason . No fault of the boy . who has done well.

Not a healthy situation when a club the size of Rangers relies so heavily on a player as we have done with Morelos. But that has changed we got to UEFA final without him in last few games and now champions league without him. Hoping this is motivation he needs to get fit and show us all why we love him. For first time in years I’m not concerned if he goes.

I look at the improvement in players under Gio and his team and I reckon players coming in will improve on their previous clubs which excites me. We have a top coach with exciting season ahead.

I get we got to the Europa league final but saying a lot players improved isn't correct in my eyes. We lost a 6 point lead to celtic in the league.

Sweep, Gio was only in the door and you won't change players at the snap of a finger. If he was that average or worse as you seem to be implying, we would not have reached Seville. It has been stated previously, the big difference between Gerrard and Gio is that Gio has the tactical nouse.

He won his first 7 league games.
Then dropped points in 5 of the next 8.
But there was also a lot of positives we can take into this season.

I find it strange we are allowed nine on the bench with five being used why announce it today why not just say nothing he surely could come on for 30 mins if we need a goal and I see Morelos is not even in the squad again the coach must have known that earlier today why was he not allowed to fly home raging about that.

We’ve worked on tactics since the Sunday after Ross co game so couldn’t see Gio changing team he has had in his head. Would like to think Ramsey makes bench at best. Going for a 3-1gers.

I’m passionate about the club never overspending again but we need to take a risk. We need a couple of quality signings in this window to raise it up to get this title. Champions League cash is a must or I fear where we end up. Tonight was a poor performance but granted missing some great players. Squad needs a boost looks very stale.

The only thing Gerrard did wrong was not call a press conference to thank everyone at the club for giving him the greatest privilege in football. What he and his team did for our club will always be remembered but he tarnished his relationship with our club by grabbing his bag and running down south. Most of us get it, away from a young family is tough going. I was gutted but looking at this team now with smiles and enjoying football again it was best thing to happen.

2023 contract John25 I was meaning consider selling him which I wouldn’t want to see. If Jack could play every game I see him as a potential captain if Tav was to move on. Hope Jack able to get minutes against Lyon.

I think Tav will remain captain to keep the dynamics the same. On his day Tav is up there with any player in his position going forward anyway. Defence he will always be suspect but on Sunday he baled out Goldson twice. I like Tav but being captain restricts the chance for Patterson to make more appearances. It’s hard to drop your captain as we have seen this season. Be interesting to see how Gio sees it.
