I can't believe we, re even thinking about sacking gio he just had us at a major European final in May won the Scottish cup how long was stevie g given to deliver success we're only 4 points behind them I say sack the board for not backing our manager I amit it we've not been great at the moment but still 3 old firm games to play omg they only won the league by 4 points last season there no mutch of a gap directors need to bring back dave king and stop filling their pockets.

Beale has distanced himself from both Wolves and Villa jobs recently, and whilst doing so re-affirmed his commitment to his team currently doing exceptionally well so as much as I think he would be a great choice, just don’t see it happening unfortunately.

73 crosses into the Livi box yesterday given their physical ability was absolute madness.
We look like a team with a complete lack of confidence.
To have the number of shots on target that we had against Dundee and Livi is criminal.

If this is true that the winning or losing of this game would tip the scale on Gio being sacked then it’s just more ridiculous nonsense from the board! If they don’t think he’s up to it they should grow some balls and get it done! Me personally I feel sorry for Gio! Let’s look at yesterdays squad, Kent and Morelos don’t want to be here! Mcgregor, Davis and Arfeild good Rangers men but too old and should have been replaced 2 years ago! Then there’s McLaughlin, Tillman, matondo, sakala, Wright, and sands who in my opinion aren’t anything like good enough for Rangers! Yilmaz, McCann and King still teenagers Roofe and Davies both injury prone leaves tav, lunstrum, barisic and colak! A lot of people want Gio gone but that’s what he’s got to work with at the moment. The pressure should be at the door of the board and the dof for not enough investment and very poor recruitment!

Like most Rangers fans I hoped that GVB would be a success and I am still of the opinion that the quality of player that he was allowed to sign was well below the quality needed at Rangers however as John has said, he signed them off and he also gave new contracts to McGregor, McLaughlin and Davis when for me we should have been signing a top quality keeper and a quality replacement for Davis.
The football we have been playing this season and our total lack of a winning mentality is quite unacceptable and reluctantly I am now coming to the opinion that he needs to be replaced.
Who follows him into the Club is fundamentally important. It will show the ambition of the current Board and whether we are looking at having a team capable of winning the SPL and reaching the qualifying stages of the Champions League.
To be blunt, only Beale of those mentioned appeals to me, much as I love Duncan Ferguson I am just not sure whether he could take us to the next level and the others mentioned would highlight a total lack of ambition! Guys like McInnes have been a total disaster wherever they have been!
We need a to quality manager or an up and coming Manager with credibility, (such as the aforementioned Beale) .
We also need to see a lot more investment in the players signed starting with a goalkeeper, a quality midfield replacement for Davis and a winger that is significantly better than both Sakala and Matondo!
If the current Board are not willing to plough in the investment required then they need to find someone that can!

Very admirable Highland bear feeling sorry for Gio. He has a big squad of 1st team players to pick from and also a B team if needed. He struggled to beat Dundee at Ibrox then gets Lucky with a draw at Ibrox against Livingston. Both these teams have players getting paid hundreds of pounds where as ours is hundreds of thousands. Alfredo Morelos probably earns more money every week than both Dundee and the Livingston teams weekly wages. I have always supported Gio but yesterday was the final sraw for me. Playing Arfield on the right wing and leaving 3 wingers on the bench is utter insanity and no wonder the team looks lost when the guy in charge makes decisions like that.

To be fair storm even lunstrum is struggling atm and tav and barisic fair weather players only ever do well when the teams doing well! My main point is I don’t think Gio is the problem since Dave King left investment in the squad has diminished it’s as if the board are satisfied with stopping Celtics bid for 10 in a row and nothing else matters! The money into the club over the last 18 months is greater than it’s ever been but spending is lower than in the last few years. Even though we knew we had issues at the back and in the middle of the park guys like Jack and Helander weren’t replaced properly instead we bring in Lawrence and Souter 2 capable players that are aways injured it’s absolute madness the other recruits just aren’t good enough also guys like Wright, sakala, sands were never good enough Roofe great player always injured the bottom line is Ross Wilson is useless and the board are culpable maybe as a result of everything Gio should now go, but god help his replacement if Wilson and the board remain in place!

Nonsense, that game today might as well of been a loss. You can't say if you play like that and draw, your job is safe but if you lose, your out.
The club has let Gio down and the players are letting the fans down.
Gerrard had similar problems getting these guys going.
The players think they are too good and Gio has nobody with quality to take them out of the team for.
