According to a report from the Turkish media, Rangers pulled out of a deal to sign Vaclav Cerny. 🤔 We all know not to believe everything the Turkish media spouts right enough. 🤔

Chris Jack said last week that he has been given no encouragement about Cerny, and I have said for weeks the wages and fee for a guy who's 29 in a couple months was going to make this a no go, but "inside info" suggested he was a goer.
RR reporting today that Minsu will travel shortly, and medical will take place possibly tomorrow.
Cozier-Duberry still an option, and we're in talks, but not dependent on Minsu deal.
2 strikers being considered, one being Kelsy and the other unnamed, but it isn't Rayan Fofana.
Should be an interesting 10 days.

Why would Cerny be due something if he is leaving to sign for another club? Unless they haven't paid him, but not seen any reports on that!?! If you move jobs, do u ask your current employer to pay you for the remainder of the year?

Presume we pulled out after they told us they want 8-10 million for him. Which I'm absolutely fine with. I liked him, but not worth that at his age.
