According to Scott Burns, he has spoken to sources in the club who say no bid has been made for Reynolds.
I suspect this is the club's line, rather than admit a bid has been rejected, but every chance no bid has been made, as again on Rr this morning it was stated he's on the list and one we are interested in but no mention of a bid.

According to some reports in the last couple of hours, we've denied making an offer for Bryan Reynolds. Doesn't mean we won't, but for the moment we're saying no offer has been made. Regarding Alebiosu, he had only just turned 20 when on loan at Killie and was at St Mirren for only a few months, so wouldn't judge him on those loans.
Like Peterpanloyal said, he was a standout for Blackburn last season. If we signed both, it would be to fight it out for the RB slot.

YMM, signings will be made whether the World Cup is on or not, mate, especially as some players we're allegedly very interested in signing ain't at the World Cup, mate. ? Regarding the right backs we're allegedly chasing, hubby, Rangers are interested in Bryan Reynolds, mate, with allegedly terms agreed with the player and I think it was John or maybe EHL who said as much.

I don't agree that the WC will stop all transfers, only if it involves a player who is at the World Cup. Why would it stop transfers unless a club was unwilling to sell until they get a replacement in the shape of WC player?
We know we can't fill every position we need from WC players, so don't see any reason why everyone is expected to wait until after the tournament.
We may have some players that are being watched at WC, but equally we will have our targets who may not.
