Haven't seen him play but I'm sure we've been linked with him a handful of times before. Surely there must be new targets we can look at? imo we need players that can handle our league and the pressure of Glasgow. More experienced pros, I think, are vital, ideally Scottish.

I think the loans are to cover for the players we can't target this window and a temp replacement. It means we aren't paying out 60/70m every window. It would be nice though to have the players without the loans.

I can see that argument, John. I promise I can. I've had a niggle for a while that loans in general don't have the same commitment to the cause, and are more likely to down tools at the end of the season when we need players fighting for everything.
Most of these guys want to make sure they're not carrying an injury into the new season in order not to jeopardise a summer move.
Perhaps no more loans is too black and white, but I believe we'd be stronger with more Rangers players than loans.

I agree we should develop & sign our own players with a couple of youth lads & a couple of loans just to balance the squad out.
