Rangers review reporting Rohl has been assured job is safe.

12 May 2026 11:21:05
Same thing happened with Martin as well, I'm sure, and then boom. Gone

Rohl is not the man for this job.

3rd place after spending all that money is embarrassing.

What's the chances of us winning any of the remaining games either fs.

12 May 2026 12:18:56
Up until the split, he done good no doubt, but losing 3 in the split is dug s***. If he wins his next 2, I would keep him.

12 May 2026 12:38:00
If he stays he would need to be ruthless, with Tav going and the 6 loanees returning to their clubs and probably at least another 5 that need sold, it's a huge rebuild we need, and we can't afford to try to do it with most of these players.

12 May 2026 12:39:51
Dreaded vote of confidence.

12 May 2026 12:47:12
Dr didn't spend the bulk of the £40M, he was left a present by Thelwell and Martin of the worst squad in our history. That's where the failure this season has been. We were a bottom 6 team. The damage down was so severe that I personally didn't think we would be into Euro qualifiers.

The reality is that the damage is going to take a couple of windows to reverse yet again. We need stability, not further change on top of sorting the squad.

12 May 2026 12:50:45
Rohl never spent all that money, he ain't in charge of recruitment.

12 May 2026 12:55:21
Agreed, wslgers4ever, on the positive the loans can go back. :-)

It's the players out that concern me, once again we are going to take a hit on value of players as we have paid well over the odds.

Whilst I like Dio and Raskin, they offer us some value to reinvest in new players and, imo, likely to be sold.

To be honest, there isn't one player that I'd be keeping, but that is not feasible to change that many in a summer window. The problem we have is a lot of teams will be waiting on the World Cup finishing before the full transfer effect kicks in.

12 May 2026 12:56:30
GvB, that vote of confidence normally comes from the Board, mate. I really can't see Rohl going anywhere, personally don't want him going anywhere either. Let's give him pre season and more quality, players are a bigger problem than him, imo.

12 May 2026 13:07:12
100% My star.

12 May 2026 13:10:57
Feel Rohl is onto a lose-lose situation. Because he is in charge next year, he won't be afforded any time by most.

12 May 2026 14:13:17
Players are a bigger problem than him, you mean the same players that clawed back the 13 point deficit? That were good enough to get back into the title race, then add 4 of his signings in January.

So yeah, let's just blame the players, eh, and use them as the sole reason for our failure.

OT, it's just going to be another RM debacle, drops points and he will be hounded out. Should really be acting now.

12 May 2026 14:24:05
AllyMc62, Rohl never spent that 40m so what are you talking about? It was Martin and co. Rohl has only signed 3 and loaned 1. 3 have been good signings imo, especially Rommens. Like I've said in previous posts, we all tore into Martin's signings, the individual signings have never been Rangers quality, ever. We are expecting Rohl to do miracles with players we all said wouldn't get games for Hibs and Hearts, which I still stand by.

As for the changing room divide, isn't it obvious it's Raskin? Ferguson, McCann, etc., all said what he was like in training and said he was too opinionated. I fear Raskin is the divider, but quite frankly couldn't care. He should have been sold a season ago. Barron is a better player, what's Raskin done since Gerrard? We all need to admit it.

12 May 2026 15:20:55
Irvine, what's Raskin done since Gerrard? You do know Raskin never played under Gerrard, or even GvB. Beale signed him. I'm very surprised a Rangers fan didn't know that.

12 May 2026 15:27:31
Only players I'd keep out of this current lot are Rommens, Manny, Sterling, Barron, Cameron, Curtis & Naderi, as for the rest, they can all jog on, the more we get for them the better. We have a massive job this summer.

12 May 2026 15:47:49
Mass, Chermiti shouldn't be going anywhere unless for a vast amount of cash.

12 May 2026 19:31:57
My Star, honest mistake, mate. Just meaning I can only recall Raskin having one good season. I find Barron a better player for Rangers, a harder worker too. Nothing against Raskin, but I think it's all too coincidental that anytime he's dropped or had a wee fall out, there is some form of distrust within the dressing room.

12 May 2026 19:59:04
Like Barron myself, Irvine, but Raskin signed the same time as Cantwell, Raskin is hot and cold, true what you said about Ferguson and McCann, they never saw it as a problem, but some will, think he's fine with Rohl, but you never know mate.

13 May 2026 02:46:29
While I don't think Chermiti has done that much for a Rangers striker, there is potential there but he really has to do it more full season under his belt now should kick on next year if he really does have something.

13 May 2026 07:49:38
My Star, I do think Chermiti has potential & agree we shouldn't let him go unless some profit is made, but we don't need potential playing up top most weeks, we need proven goalscorers. Love him or hate him, I miss Dessers. He ran his socks off, but you knew you would get goals. Can't say the same about any of our current strikers.
