Heard today that regardless of the result plans are well and truely underway for next season under DR. ER will be in next season regardless with time being granted to rebuild the squad.
Transfers already in motion with significant investment being planned again and money being generated from player sales.
Im told if we are in conference league rather than Europa it won't impact transfer plans.

Surely not. A manger who was openly third choice, finishes the season in third place and losing 3 vital games in a row, will be judged more than he would have been if he was first choice. I think he was only ever seen as a stop gap, and planning for next season would reflect this.
If the lack of own players and Martin's disaster of a start were the blame, then we wouldn't have been in a position of contention at any point of this season. He needs to go now.

Ausbear, I absolutely believe that Danny Rohl will remain our head coach and be afforded the chance to build his own Rangers team, with his own signings. ? We continually try this chopping and changing managers and we're getting nowhere.
? We need to look at the recruitment side of things much more as this is a bigger problem as we're signing the wrong type of players to play in our league and be able to handle the expectations/pressure of playing for Rangers. ???

I hope they know what they're doing if this is true. The collapse in the past few weeks has been alarming, to say the least, and the lack of awareness of the situation and tactics baffling. Of course, if we decide to stick, I will be back at the start of next season, full of hope as usual. The problem is, of course, that he won't be allowed any latitude at all, and if it goes wrong, we will be playing catch up yet again, with the prospect of another change in Oct/Nov, or perhaps earlier. I'd prefer we change now, as I just don't have any positives at all at this time. Not one.
