Stevie G, I just think we can't keep this chopping and changing managers all the time, my friend, it ain't working. I think that's been proven. ? I think recruitment is absolutely more to blame, and needs badly looked at first and foremost, and for me Rohl hasn't had the chance to build his own team, and I just think Cavanagh will give him that time.
? For the record, Stevie G, you know mate that my choice as our manager even before Gio got the job was Kevin Muscat, but that's unfortunately gone now for me. ? He was always my preferred choice. ?

Alex, imo Cavanagh will give Rohl time to build his own team, that's all I'm saying here, mate. ? Rohl, as you know, wasn't my preferred choice to get the job, but he's here and I truly think he'll be given time to build his own team. ? We've tried this, sacking managers after short spells in charge, and we're getting nowhere. We need continuity/stability, mate.

Walter, I do understand you're thinking chopping and changing is never a good thing.
I was on the same page as you. Muscat was who we needed, it would have given is a clear style of play.
And he's a proven winner.
But when it comes to Rohl, he's been here 6 months and you can't see a style or system he's trying to implement.
I take no joy in saying I never wanted him in the first place, but I just can't shake the feeling if we do stick by him it'll fail.
Guys, given so many red flags for me.
Obviously, hope I'm completely wrong, would have no issues in holding my hands up and saying it.
