Eric Martel was being mentioned at one point, Aphelion. Is he off the radar now?
05 Apr 2026 13:54:48
Not off radar, my friend, just forgot to put him in the list.
05 Apr 2026 13:59:32
No worries, many thanks for taking the time to compile. Exciting prospects.
I also like the boy Dardai at Hertha, Sir Walter was hinting at earlier. Composed left-sided CB from a good footballing pedigree. Can also cover LB, which could be important.

No need to thank me, my friend.
Yes, Marton is a fantastic player and leader.
Having a deep connection to Hertha BSC, I have witnessed his rise all through the youth ranks.
Very mature boy who is very similar to his father.
One I have recommended for the previous 6 Windows.

Nice to see these sorta names even if we only got 1 of them. Bit sick of only being linked with out of form Championship players.
05 Apr 2026 14:53:05
My mate from Dundee, who knows Graham's family, says he wants a move down south, so looking likely that 1 is doubtful.
05 Apr 2026 14:59:02
Think Portsmouth were after Graham in summer or January, probably still an interest there.
05 Apr 2026 15:07:04
We want Graham but I believe he does not think he would be a starter in front of Fernandes.
05 Apr 2026 15:15:23
I don't think he would be, John. Does he not want to fight and earn the starting berth?
05 Apr 2026 15:32:04
Let's be perfectly honest here, John, although I like Luke Graham, if Fernandez stays then he's correct in thinking he won't be a starter in front of Fernandez because quite simply he won't. ?
05 Apr 2026 16:08:32
100% correct, but Fernandes has maximum 18 months, get in, learn, get minutes, then takeover. Souttar will struggle to get the year option as well.
Exactly Alphe.
05 Apr 2026 16:13:42
If he is unwilling to fight, then we move on. I would like Jack Milne to be Souttar's replacement longer term.
May be helped by Aberdeen relegation.
05 Apr 2026 16:20:44
Watson and Graham we should get, the others a very interesting selection. Must cross fingers, a few are possible.
05 Apr 2026 16:21:21
I don't know what's up with Souttar, a small injury, he is carrying something in his head, he's not been the same since he has been injured, maybe regrets signing the extension. I don't know what it is, but he definitely should be benched.
05 Apr 2026 16:35:01
Rfc, he's petrified he gets injured and misses the World Cup, his ultimate dream.
05 Apr 2026 16:50:24
John Souttar, since coming back from his injury spell in December, has been well off it and nowhere near his best. ??? I was just saying to my mates at the game yesterday, he looks like he's lost a good bit of weight. ?
05 Apr 2026 17:18:44
Has been poor lately, Sws.
Stewart, Lissah, Graham.
05 Apr 2026 19:40:58
John, many many years ago I played with a guy who tried to hide in case of injury and he might miss the Italian World Cup squad.
Manager binned him and he missed out. Got sold after that.
05 Apr 2026 21:26:24
If we signed Graham would Fernandez not easily move to the right centre back position as he is right footed. He plays on the left because he's comfortable there unlike Souttar and Djiga.
05 Apr 2026 21:37:03
Aph out of your list. Do you have a top 3 of Talent?
05 Apr 2026 21:47:26
It would be unfair as I don't have knowledge of some of them to form an opinion.
In terms of Scandinavian players the ones who will likely play for elite sides would be
Jens Hjerto-Dahl
Silas Anderson
Tobias Guddal
Although Falchener is more complete than Guddal at this moment in time.
05 Apr 2026 22:09:38
Thanks, Aph. Names to watch out for. ?
