If we continue to start Gassama up front on a regular basis our chance of a title will be gone by Christmas 😫 - he brings nothing to our team and has been an empty jersey for many weeks. I am sorry to say as soon as I saw the team last night I felt we were a man down at start and for all first half my opinion never changed. Minsu was poor also, therefore our creativity was low from wider areas until subs second half.
Both Curtis and Bouanani created more in limited time than Gassama did for 50 odd minutes - didn't like Bouanani jumping away from tackle 💩but his quick delivery to dangerous areas is basically what we are missing from Gassama and to be fair Curtis was direct too.
These lads (including Minsu) should be starting every week in front of Gassama IMHO - Del must see something in training but the lad is not bringing it to the pitch on regular basis!

He was anonymous last night - as were others - and got hooked. His numbers need to improve but to say he's been an empty jersey for weeks is possibly a bit strong. At least we have options and he can be "rested".

For a kick off Blue-Floyd3, derek McInnes started the wrong team for me as minsu should have been on the left from the start and bouanani should have started on the right with Gassama starting on the bench 🤔 But McInnes could have rectified this much quicker as we all could see we were getting overrun in the midfield and minsu absolutely had his poorest game in a Rangers jersey but absolutely wasn't the only one 🤔I thought like i'm sure the majority of us did that big makhanya was by a mile our best player and the only one above pass marks 🤔 Our midfield was nowhere to be seen non existent 😡 We're very lucky to be coming down the mate with a point, although it was a terrific header from makhanya to get us that point 👌🇬🇧.

Not good at all - though should have won it at the end - most players poor but Fernandez and Gassama took it to another level - needs to be better - in fact Makanya was good but one of the only players with pass marks 🇬🇧.

Never saw the game last night due to work but by all accounts we played poor but still secured a point at a hard ground, we can't win them all. What's concerning me though is the talk of Gassama and although he has talent I'm not seeing any major improvements yet in his delivery into the box or his shooting.
Apparently Drago is not getting into team due to him needing 1-2-1 management to improve his play so what i'm asking is should Gassama be given the same treatment?

To be fair, for most of this sesson Hearts have played with an aggressively high defensive line, so given Buonani's fitness issues starting Gassama made sense.
Unfortunately though, Hearts didn't play that way. Instead they copied the blueprint from Kilmarnock, sat deep, deliberately stretched the game, used McPake and Miller to pin us back on our right hand side and dominated the second ball.
Also, everyone at Rangers knows that when Sterling plays midweek and weekends the drop off is significant - correction, everyone in Scottish football knows it, except many on this forum.
It appears that ugly old fashioned football is the downfall of our ugly old fashioned 442.

EHL I 100% agree with you regarding Sterling. But can I ask you said everyone at Rangers knows if he plays 2 games in a week the drop off is significant then why did he play both games especially when we have the boy from Aston Villa on the bench fit and ready to play?

To be fair to Sterling EHL, he's been superb in the majority of our games although like the majority poor last night 🤔Josh McPake gave him a torrid time and not many left wingers can say that against Sterling this season 🤔 So sorry EHL no drop off from Sterling i've seen although as i stated was poor last night 🤔🇬🇧.
