Are we finally a side that can win the Championship?
My take is this, shaky start yes due to players gelling I feel. However, following this we seem to be displaying a more solid centre, we seem to have the guts for it this year. Previous seasons have seen us be flashy in parts but still lacking that edge, or guts, which we appear to have this year.
The team looks to be more of a unified collection of talented players who will dig in for each other. Will it carry us over the line, I think it will, based on my gut feeling, and what I think I can see on the park.
Anyhow, day drinking on Sauchiehall Street spoons is a lovely way to spend a Sunday then a wee spot of lunch in Bar and Tender, followed by some more bevvy. Fortune favours the brave!

Although i don't think Hearts will be near winning the league. If feel if we go there and get a win it will lay down a big marker. Hopefully come next weekend were top there Tims playing Hearts and us a tough away fixture at dens.

I think Hearts will beat them , Celtic are not a good side , Motherwell gifted them a 2nd goal today , Motherwell are garbage.

I like popping into Spoons when i'm in Glasgow. Usually go the two at Central Stn. They sell a nice pint of 70 shillings cask ale, i couldn't believe how much it had gone up in price, it was £1.74 for ages and now it's £1.99. SHOCKING so it is.

We definitely have a chance, but only 8 games in, long way to go, we should keep on improving, but at least we have a good squad now, won't be many changes in transfers windows now.

We are in October we shouldn't even be talking about winning the league we should be talking about winning the next game and take it from there. We always go over board with criticism and with praise. Time for calm heads with the players and support.

I'm with you wishy we've gone from awful to better than an average Celtic side over 2 games reminds me of Phil Clement year we blew semi final. I'm always worried we've seen this film B4.
We need to play better than yesterday if we want to win it.

56, you are right to be cautious, these are all tests to be passed. Winning the league will be the ultimate test. Can Derek prove he is a league winning manager? Can the players prove they can stand the heat and become league winners? Will we the fans get 100% behind the team and have Ibrox bouncing. Roll on May 27.

if we defend the way we defended against Killie we will ship a good few goals against better scorers. we can't keep letting people having free shots against us.

Would hope the league cup is first siverware for DM yes we still have to beat sheep and winners of Edinburgh derby, it balancing players staying injury free and beating teams like killie even playing only one half.
