Football is a passionate, emotive game.
Always has been, and hopefully always will be in Scotland ( you just need to compare and contrast the atmosphere on Sunday between the Old Firm and Manchester Derby ).
We watch and comment with what we see in front of us on a weekly basis.
A difference of opinion is what makes the game a delight to discuss, dissect and pass opinion. Whether that is down the pub with mates, on supporters buses or with work colleagues.
And on Rangers Rumours where the Ed's give us a platform to vent within reason.
I will never change my stance - I will applaud when the manager and players get it right.
I will also be vocal in my constructive criticism when things go wrong.
You would think only Rangers fans are opinionated going by some on here.
Well, if you took to social media after Sunday, a Celtic support that have dominated Scottish football over the 10 - 15 years were vilifying a club legend manager and captain who delivered a double last season and the same with the players who were outplayed.

Rightly or wrongly, you support the club in your own imitable way.
I've NEVER booed players at Ibrox.
If my industrial language at discussing games offends, then feel free to block me. or continue to tell me I know nothing. It's water off a duck's back. But don't get all uppity when I return that favour.
Or maybe you would be better off enjoying the EPL Tourist League where you can sit in a sanitised atmosphere and take photos on your phone of the superstars from both sides.
Onwards and upwards to next Sunday when we hopefully turn Celtic over again. This will be a true test for the players at our biggest rivals where we have a chance to close the gap at the top. 🔴⚪🔵.

He's looking slower My star not that he was ever the fastest in the first place, but he has lost a yard but they'll find it difficult to replace him 🤔.

Sws, them not signing a quality dcm when drastically needing one, won't help them, read Celtic has had around 150 shots from the opposition in 10 games this season, as we seen it's too easy breaking that side down.

They have got to go at us on Sunday and usually a game I would see us sit in and hit in break until we found a foot hold in game but we have got to continue with the press as they struggle to play out, if they decide to go long a think our centre backs will lap that up, if they change from the 4-3-3 then DM will change quickly, confident we can win our individual battles whatever plays out, they wanted our own fans against us last Sunday if we continue with our discipline and work rate then their fans could turn against them quick enough, possible they might change formation on Thursday in Europe be interesting to see.

Cooper, Rangers take the lead things with change in that support, I wouldn't be shocked with the board out getting sung around that stadium at 13.45.

Mpk, Sunday should be a far harder game, I'd be happy with a draw on Sunday, even lose we certainly ain't out of the race for the league, our squad is only getting going.

Gaun yerself MPH, get them telt. 😂😉.

15 Sep 2026 10:57:17
Yes MPH I think most of us react to things as we see them, but also are able to change our minds when we see something different. It wasn't good but looks different now.

Also Mph, this hasn't only started with McGregor, I know many Celtic fans, said he was going back the way last season.

15 Sep 2026 14:10:09
Here's hoping my star, our press was well marshalled by Neil and their best bet was a long ball from full backs can't remember them playing through the middle once because of the man to man press, do it again and their confidence drains pretty quickly.

The Celtic midfield with McGregor reminded me of when Lundstram was in ours.
Decent players but no pace, MyStar.
And the young guy Daur(? ) looked well out of his depth.
The only area where I think they are currently stronger is up front.

But cut off the supply like we did on Sunday, then they are ineffective.
And I wouldn't exchange the workrate of Naderi etc for any of theirs.
Long way to go but all we ask is for progress.

Mph, wouldn't be as fast with Baur either, friends of mine were impressed with him, only seen him play on Sunday, but they badly needed a quality dcm, personally feel Celtic is missing Maeda badly, also said friends mentioned him and Engles won them the league, not Celtic players now, weaker midfield imo, McGregor is going back the way and no Engles, (player that never impressed me in games I've seen him play in), but they've really got a honking defence as well, imagine the stick, CCV, Trusty and Scales would get on here if our cb's, Hogh has not started well either, only seen him a couple of times last season in the champions league, scored in both games, but does have a poor scoring record and experience for his age, maybe kicked on later, only seen him on Sunday for Celtic and never done much, saying that, he never got supplied, but think he could be a player once he settles, he's just back from an injury as well, but hopefully not.

Kasper hogh is a very good finisher and striker. He'll come good for them.
