Desperately need to get rid of Fernandez and replace him with a better defender, he is awful, just so poor, we have makings of a decent team, but
Aasgaard, Fernandez must move on, along with a good few other players,
We can't face Celtic twice with either in the team, I actually can't understand how poor Fernandez actually is!

I disagree, Tom. I think there's an exceptionally good cb in Fernandez. I think he's playing poorly atm, but he's a towering cb who has his best years ahead of him and I'd like to keep faith in him.

See, Fernandez is the new Tav, wondered who would take that honour. I thought it would be Chermiti, as it's usually one of our better players who gets it, but, guess the injury meant a lot have had to switch to Manny. Aasgaard did not even play today.
Clean sheet and won a lot of headers in the box, boy done fine today.

Thought Fernandez was pretty solid for 80% of the game today, won a lot of headers, and pretty dominant defending set pieces.
He just has lapses of concentration at times that give opposition teams momentum.
Also thought he was marginally quicker on the ball today.

I'd like to see Godfrey back in defence, however, if Fernandez is staying with us I think he can improve. He has all the attributes, and he also does look like the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

Manny needs to improve his decision making and be more aware of his surroundings. It's mainly lapses in concentration by the looks of it to me. Otherwise, has the potential to be great.

It's like someone's pressed pause on him at times and activated slomo mode.
Fernandez was more aggressive in the challenge though and good in the air.

Folk are very harsh on Fernandez. Do we constantly need to seek a whipping boy? He did well today, they all did well, showed fight and effort, lacked that bit of quality but, under circumstances, a great win. Thought Gassama was great today, a proper run on the left will do him a world of good. Min looked sturdy and direct. I'm gony like him a lot, I think.
Thought Devlin and Neil did well too. Big Mak at the back is a good defender, think he could be a great signing for us once he's more settled and a run of games, especially now Godfrey back, adding competition. Proud of the team today. Always a hard place to go for us and under circumstances a good win indeed.

Fernandez completed the most defensive actions, won the most duels and was solid throughout.
See folk on here say they'd play for this club for free. I would not. The fan base just make their minds up and then ignore the evidence.
He was solid as was Makhanya. Pandur is a superb keeper. Other than their offside and foul goal, they done nothing to trouble us, but aye Fernandez was gash. 🥱

Ayrshire, I am not even sure I would play for the club if they offered me money beyond my imagination. Not sure the grief is actually worth it.
