Sorry EHl, just looking back over my post the other night and seeing your reply to it.
I can see why you've maybe took it the wrong way, it almost reads like I was putting you on the spot!

I didn't mean it that way, EHL, and reading it back, I can see why it came across like that and possibly sounded rude.
Again that's not how I meant it at all.
Of course you can be critical of McInnes and question his decisions. I only mentioned you having worked with him because I thought you might have a better understanding than most of what he looks for in a captain.

I agree Neil hasn't shown enough yet and was poor the other night. And has been poor since his arrival
My point was simply that McInnes must see something in him, and I'm willing and hoping to give both of them more than a handful of games before making a final judgement.
Hoping both can turn it around and get everyone behind them
It certainly wasn't meant as a suggestion that anyone should support them blindly.and it certainly wasn't a dig or me trying to put you on the spot
