I've been a defender of Tav, but even I admit that he is done and it was the right time for him to move on. If this were to happen (and I doubt that it's true) what a terrible indictment that would be on McCrorie, the recruitment team, and, to be honest, McInnes as well.
If we don't sign McCrorie and sign one of the other right backs linked, Reynolds, Skoglund, Patterson, etc., this need for another new right back doesn't happen. Instead, we are scrambling around for options in a position that, on paper, we have two experienced players. It's ludicrous.

I can't take much more, though he is better than what we have right now, but I wanted better signed, not guys like McCrorie who the majority of us knew weren't even remotely closer to being the standard required.

We could be doing with Tav's attacking exploits, delivery, and goals. Never the best defensively, but is McRorrie an upgrade? Despite how it ended for Tav, we will never see his like again.
