I know not everyone's cup of tea sp bare with me. Few points on the womens game tonight.
1, anyone know if its on tv? (daughter loves to watch them but would be a bit late to take her)
2 why are slavia advertised as the home team but its at Broadwood?
3 surely out of all the candidates for assistant manager we could of came up with someone a bit better than her brother 😅

Think the game is being shown on YouTube starting at 19:30, Wullie, official Rangers channel.
No idea about the fixture status.
And yes, you would expect us to be looking for talent from further afield than current employees' gene pool.

This round is a qualifier and this is essentially a mini tournament which Rangers are hosting. Ajax and Brondby play in one semi final. We play Slavia in the other, and then third place match and final are held on Saturday at Broadwood also. I think last year we were down at Arsenal for the same thing.

Surely, though, like the Men's team, the manager/coach gets to pick who they want as their assistant. He has been in the Women's game for a while, assistant at Motherwell I think, so it isn't as if he doesn't have experience.
Also, I assure she thinks he improves what they have and she works well with him.
It happens in the men's game occasionally, even the De Boers as an example. 😉

I remember the Arsenal one last year, now it's mentioned.
Thought it was a weird appointment considering a lot of people weren't happy with her last year, the way the 2 cup finals and final day went. Thelwell all over again haha.
