I think that's 5 seasons now we've failed to win our opening game.
The latest against a side who were the best of the rest in the bottom 6 last season.
We are crying out for quality in the middle.
We hardly create chances.
2 drops dropped already.
On the plus side, we are already higher in the league than we finished last season.🤪

4 seasons it is now, mate. We need a right back, left back, a CH and 2 wingers and an attacking creator midfielder, that's at least another 6. We can't keep bringing in bang average players and expect to be better and a bang average manager.

Give Derek McInnes a chance for God's sake, Teddy. 😲 He knows what's required at Rangers and, no matter if it takes a season, we must stick with him, allowing him time, as we just can't keep this rinse and repeat changing managers every season, as that will never work and we'll never have stability. 🤔🇬🇧

Apart from the fact he came in after the final and once he brought his own players that we've struggled to get rid of since his record was shocking.

He knows what it takes, does he, Coops? He did as a player many moons ago, but he's a manager now and is out of his depth at Rangers as a manager.
He is used to being the smaller team and setting up to frustrate and hit direct balls, he isn't used to playing what we play every week.
Also, his comment of learning on the job absolutely riled me, as we don't need folk learning on the job, especially the bloody basics which they couldn't do.
I agree though, we can't keep the rinse and repeat, so maybe just maybe we could actually get an appointment right instead!

We all know what is required, but it doesn't mean we have the skill set to do it. The players that have come in are not good enough, so are not what is required and the tactics and system last night were a shambles. Was disappointed that he did not say that he got it wrong first half.
