Just a wee update on the email I sent to the disability team.
I haven't had a personal reply to that as yet.
However, I did receive a message from the ticket team.
They moved my seat for the West Ham game to an easier section for me. Put me my friend and their son altogether so I have some support if I need it and gave me a small discount on my ticket.
Hopefully, I'll receive a reply to the specific question I asked to help me going forward.
All being well I'll be joining in the celebrations with you all on Sunday. I just need to get there first.

Congrats. I actually think they built a new area for those with disabilities. It's indoors, big windows, looks well nice. The club have done a lot to improve the match day experience for disabled fans in recent years. By the sounds of your story, that hard work is paying off.
