Stevie G, I agree with you regarding both PSV and Galatasaray, mate, and imo I also doubt Porto would be able/willing to pay the transfer fee we're looking for regarding Chermiti ? I'd really also like to keep him for at least one more season, and the good thing is now we don't need to sell unless our valuation is met. ???

Certainly not out Galatasaray budget, looks like Osimhen is wanting out, and his salary is not far from 20m a year.

Agree, my star. They paid 75 million for Osimhen. They'll recoup all or most of that, I think. Chermiti is affordable to them, and for 25 million I'd be moving him on. He's replaceable, and whilst I do think he's improved, he's absolutely stunk out some games.
I'd cash in and bring in another striker who'd get the same amount of goals as him, if he's anywhere near half decent, in fact probably more. His finishing at times is woeful. Try and insert a decent sell on %?

If we do decide to part ways with Youseff Chermit, if a huge offer is tabled. I think we should be looking at bringing Robbie Ure back to Rangers. He is another young player who is really beginning to blossom and is already attracting serious attention in England and abroad.

He will improve, I agree, but he's playing in a 3rd tier domestic competition. How much do you think his value will rise, scoring an extra 5/6 goals in Scotland next, mate? I think even with an extra handful of goals and a decent show in Europe (potentially), his value isn't much higher.
If I'm getting offered £25 million now and a sell on, I'm taking it. He's replaceable.

Iron, extremely hard getting a player with Chermiti ability even thinking about coming to Scotland. Keep the main man for winning the league first of all.

If the player wants to go, it usually means he will go. Decent profit, grab it.

I say "sell". If an offer is incoming in the region of £20 million then the markup after another season is negligible in Scottish football. Nor am I convinced of the benefits being immediate in goals of playing him for another season.
Morelos had a superb season, we rejected an offer from Lille, and he failed to kick on the following season with his value crumbling. Sell now, cash in, move on.

Burghger, he's said nothing about moving. All our efforts should be keeping him for another season. We ain't replacing him with like for like.

PSV have record buy of EUR15m, so we can rule them out, Turks won't spend that either.
Porto could be one to worry about if u want to keep him.
Personally I'd keep him one more season.

Totally agree, Iron - take the cash now as there are other areas of park need improving ASAP, and if we spend wisely we can improve
Mystar, am sure he will improve but players from our supposed 2 horse league will have a ceiling - no-one will pay 25/30mill or upwards from a Scottish team in a less than average league.
IMO, sell, rinse and repeat - it's our only way to succeed and build a decent team/squad.

Didn't know they paid £75m for Osimhen. Obviously they can afford him then.
I think keep one more season, and we'd get £30m from England easily.
