Boy blue, just saw your post about The Cotton House but it was too far down the pages to respond pal.
It's only about 5 mins in the car to The Cotton House. It's in Longcroft, a small village between Denny and Banknock.
My dad was born about 50 yards from there. The place gets a great name and is very popular with folk all around Central Scotland

Everyone seems to love it there, but I'm not a fan, although I've only been once. It might be worth another try.

Think the Tea House in Larbert are owned by the same people, heard some good things about both places.

Yeah, the Tea House and Cotton House are the same owners, I believe. Both really good, would def recommend for a Chinese. Was close to my office.

Cool seeker. ? I had literally just driven out there, got my Chinese and was sitting down to eat it, read your post mentioning Denny and, because I don't know the area but was pretty sure it was near Denny, so thought I'd ask, mate.
There's a nice we feel about that area that I like, but just love the Chinese. Good to hear from you, pal. Hope you and family are good. ?

From Larbert, can confirm both owned by the same family. Cotton House best around, I'd say, but just what you chose. I've had a few average, but many very good.

Not been in the Hup Lee buffet for years, but the Nippy Tung in Motherwell is good. Need to sell your house before you order tho. China House is good value for money, but I've gone back to the Mayflour. If you're getting a curry, ask for it hot. It's not too hot, but too bland if you don't.

If you want a Chinese in Motherwell you go to the Yee Tung. Hup Lee is full of illegals
