I'd never heard of it before, but ended up down a Suffragettes rabbit hole the other night, (don't ask), and thought it was a good piece of trivia.
They also attempted to burn down Crystal Palace, Blackburn, and Wimbledon Tennis Club!
There was also the infamous 'Battle of Glasgow' where 30 women called the "Bodyguard" fought with 50 police officers!
A fascinating subject.
