I see a lot of talk about selling players, me included but realistically do we need to sell. Somebody broke it down and projected we could have a 8 to 10m transfer kitty to stay with UEFA rules then cavanagh put out the 16m share issue stated that some will be used on the squad. anyone further info.

Yes, we absolutely must sell players. No good to anyone having a bloated squad wasting lots of money on wages. I would like to see Dio and Bajrami leaving this summer.

It's not about we have to, but we should be selling 2 players every summer from 1st team and reinvesting.
I'd say Dio and Raskin would be best to move this summer, but I'd throw in Gassama too.

Should be selling a couple and bringing in a couple every year when you have a winning team, hopefully improving the team as we do, and the owners will get us there. This rebuild every year just makes things harder.

We have enough leaving end of loans and out of contract. Don't think we need to sell any of our starters. Can sell off a few fringe players like Bajrami them that's enough out.

Gassama will only be getting settled, Stevie, only in the country around nine months, mate.
Diomande, Danilo, Bajrami, Cifuentes, and Cameron, sold. Not be far from 15m, plus we'll save over a million on Davies salary.
I wouldn't be selling anyone signed last summer except Cameron. I'd try and sign Djiga. If Olsen doesn't get 3/4 MOTM or turn it on, I wouldn't even be thinking about signing him.

Cavenagh has said that himself, when he said the player trading model won't start until we're the best in the country.
Three Cheers, possibly could be a big sale, mate, but it's on Rangers' terms now. We couldn't say that for a while.

Loads desperate to sell Raskin. He is still young enough that we could get a couple of more seasons and then sell. Don't get the desperation to get him out this summer.

Beale, I don't see Gassama improving much, he lived in Sheffield before moving here, so it's not that different a place to live that it makes u play poor for a year.
I reckon £5m or thereabouts and we sign a better player than him.

Beale, u will know more than me how long and what it takes for a player to settle somewhere so I will bow to you in that sense.
I just think he's another Matondo.
More talent than Rabbi but same in the hot and cold form for me.
I'd just rather cash in now than wait a year, and he's had a rotten season and we're stuck with him.

I think we do need to sell. We have a lot of players who are not good enough to take us to the level we were at when we last won the league and got to the EL Final.
I would sell Souttar, Nsiala, Diomande, Bajrami, Antman, Gassama, Aasgaard, Cameron, Cortes, McCausland, Cifuentes.
We will lose Tav, Davies, Djiga, Aarons, Meghoma, Cornelius, Moore, Olsen, Rice.
The amount of deadwood there is frightening. This summer is another massive rebuild. We might loose our key players to bids.
I suspect we will keep Souttar for our euro quota and I would hope to retain Djiga and Moore. Its pretty obvious that we have to clear the decks and get a lot of deadwood off our books.
