WATP891, i appreciate your input about building and structure. What is your view and logistic planing for the screens to be removed for seating and for the screens to be set up on the outside of the stadia for fans at a lower ticket rate?

If you remove the screens from inside the stadium you will downgrade it in the eyes of UEFA. If you put them outside they'll be vandalised daily by absolute morons.

Lmao, who cares about UEFA, they don't care about us.

We aren't going to get a European final anyway, as that's always set for Hampden, so being downgraded by UEFA, who cares.

My understanding is that Category 4 stadiums need to have these big screens to achieve that category. So we would be downgraded to Cat 3. This allows us to use Ibrox for home ties in EL and ECL from league phase onwards.
If we remove them, does that mean we need to play home ties at another close by Category 4 stadium (Hampden?).
How did that go last time? I think temporary moveable large screens are acceptable (but costly).

White Horse full plans have been drawn to remove screens above Copland and Broaloan.
Filled in with seats, joining both stands to Sandy Jardine.
This is why the pub was not progressed, with that area being required for access and egress.
Mirror image access at far end.
The drawings are impressive.

Great news, John. What is the estimated increase? I reckon 6-8, 000 looks achievable. Costings for this have been put at around £25m in the past, but this seems far too low for me. I reckon it would be closer to double that at least. Could the screens be placed on the roof facings of the Broomloan and Copland?
