MPH what you think the main issue is then on why this is still the case after the managerial change?

I think it's probably a combination of squad quality and the time spent under Martin Vs how little time Rohl has had on the training pitch due to fixture list and internationals.

MPH,

Admire stats, but what seems stand out possession opposition half versus goals, corners, overall chances. There seems black hole somewhere.

All those poor stats and the worst of it, we are a bad/hard team to watch, no entertainment value that's for sure.

We have been completely mismanaged. Martin, Thelwell, Stewart and others have ruined us in one transfer window. The owners were sleeping on the task ahead. Now they realise the size and job in hand. Just hoping Rohl can struggle on until January and then we can make changes.

Ayrshire it's pretty simple it's the players.

Rohl will struggle on, we are not going to sack him. one thing more than anything is we need stability. fans need to get behind him, criticise all we want but support when its tough.

we know he has a challenge on his hands with quality, desire and health/injuries. that along with lack of opportunities on the training ground, we need to give this more time than many have patience for.

Yeah I agree storm. Think it's mental folk blame Rohl. He's not faultless but he's definitely not to blame.

He's been thrown into a crap situation and he's trying to polish a turd. We have plenty say the squad is useless and slow and then blame Rohl for the squad looking slow.

Now I've never coached at professional level but I have coached football and no matter how much you shout and go off your rocker or offer players the arm around the shoulder some just don't try that hard. Some are lazy. Some aren't built for it and are better suited to less pressure. So Rohl can stand on the sidelines roaring and balling at a squad who went into their shell when Ibrox was toxic a few months ago and I can bet it makes zero difference.

Folk say play the youth blah blah blah, if he fielded the U19 squad our fan base would go off it's rocker once we got pumped 6-0 off Motherwell.

It's a crap situation with very little prospect of improvement. The men who caused it are gone. All we can do is wait till January and probably the summer window and then hole next season is better.

This has nothing to do with shouting screaming or bawling, it's about a strength and leadership that emanates from within. Something great leaders in football have.

Shankly, Ferguson, Walter, Jocks, Paisley, Advocaat! And many others had, that's what players look and listen too, altho a few of this men could scream n bawl too, when required.
