Asa you've posted many positives about cavanagh and the 49s and are aware of them before they invested in our club can I ask do you believe they know what they've gotten into? Will they be content with the work carried out so far by Thelwell and Stewart. i'm looking for something positive that our club will get back on the right track.

One Walter yes I believe they know what they got into.
I have been very clear of my connection to both which in 49rs terms is negligible.
What I can say is no one on the board is happy with any part.
Andrew now very happy with the coach but that is the limit of his happiness at the moment.
Work is being done night and day to try and rectify everything.
Red Bull are moving with increased momentum in the advisory to Andrew.

Yes John I believe it was Andrew that started a full inquest into the horrors that have unfolded at the start of the season.
I believe that more than one person is on the chopping block.

OWS I mean that Red Bulls influence has amplified in recent months.
I said from the outset of the manager search that Danny Röhl was Andrew's number 1 choice backed by the advice of red bull.

Hopefully if Rohl was Cavenaghs choice as manager then he will have a more direct line to him without going through Thelwell. He may be able to better influence what we need come January.

Their first big employee-Patrick Stewart A weak uninspiring wee sneaky rat who hates Rangers = Massive fail
2nd big employee- Kevin Thelwell= no need to describe his failings.
3rd big employee-Russell Martin=same as above
The first three big roles at our club that they made have been filled with laughable weak totally unsuitable folk and we wonder why we are where we are.

I thought Red Bull was part of the 6 month long external review that lead us to…hiring Thelwell as DoF?

You forgot his boy three cheers, by all accounts on what I've read today about him it's fecking embarrassing he's even considered for such a role at Rangers. We've basically threw 4/5 under achievers into huge roles in our club and expected them to over achieve.
Rigorous, methodical etc etc, this is the guys we come up with, we are a fecking joke!

The damning issue that shows how incompetent Thelwell really is at his job is that we were running better without him last season when we had no structure or DOF (I know it was still a mess but he's made it worse)

Asathor it's clear as day that Thelwell must be sacked asap. I still can't believe we have hired his son and the owners thought that would be ok. Andrew needs to start coming under scrutiny soon if he doesn't do what's needed to be done. Thelwell needs to be out before Jan.
