We've finally got a manager in Rohl that looks like the real deal, even after 2 defeats 2 wins in his 4 games. You can see exactly what he's trying to do and you can also see the players trying, even if they are short of ability. Our board need to act with Thelwell immediately imo.
Russell martin, worst manager in our history. Gone.
Chermiti, no.
Aasgaard, no.
Djiga, no.
Rothwell, no.
Aarons, no.
Antman, no.
Miovski, no.
Meghoma, debatable.
Fernandes, obviously not even close to being ready to play at this level (strange signing)
Gassama, would keep but needs to be consistent.
Moore, decent today but overall no.
Many will disagree, but I'm only judging what I've seen this far, which is next to nothing.
One thing Thelwell seems consistent with is identifying the wrong ppl. How can this man still be in a job?

I don't know how Meghoma is debatable he isn't the required standard like the rest you said no too. Jefte and Ridvan are all better than him.

Again, same as the boy from Everton's transfer, I'd question Thelwell's intentions signing Fernandez from his previous associate Barry Fry.
