He has the Everton connection so certainly fits Thelwell's criteria but my money would be on Sean Dyche as he also ticks the Thelwell box. Who knows Thelwell might have a family member who has managed a team before as a hobby online, they could also be in with a big shout especially if they avoided relegation by the skin of their teeth.
