OWS there's loads more players at the club need to show the fans what players we need them to be before Nico Raskin. I don't doubt his commitment when he's on the park.

Raskin should be played as a 6. Rothwell should be dropped.

Martin will probably try and tell Raskin that the fact that he scored means he should be playing as a No. 10.
I am not a master tactician but the whole disagreement seems to be about how Martin wants Raskin to play . He wants his No 6 to just sit in front of the back four and recycle the ball, which is what Rothwell does but Raskin has learned, mostly under Ferguson, that there can be more to the role than that and that he can support the attack at times . Unfortunately in Martins system there is no cover if he does that and we lose the ball.
Ironically against the other mob he played Barron with Diomande a bit deeper, a role that suits him better and would work alongside Raskin. Hopefully the fact that we defended better and didn't concede might encourage him to be more pragmatic in future games.
