Imagine how powerful our club would become if we as supporters were all united and behind every single player and empowered them to believe in themselves as opposed to being on their backs which forces players into their shells. How intimidating would Ibrox become and maybe just maybe this forum would make for more enjoyable reading?

At no point did he say everyone has to share the same opinion, he said everyone should get behind the team and i agree. Preseason hasn't even started yet and half the fan base are writing off the players and the manager.

I don't think we'll have a team that plays to their potential every week - we're building a squad of players with potential.
Part of their development arc is underperforming.
I always find there's a thing line between fans creating pressure through expectation - which is a good thing - and fans becoming toxic to the extent that they have a negative impact on development (see Jefte towards the end of last season) .

Our fans are a nightmare it's obvious to see the players are terrified to move especially at ibrox.

I don't agree with a lot of our fans and witnessed some elements of bad behaviour especially abroad that I would totally condemn, but I also respect that like life we all have different opinions and Tangers fans are no different, and to the vast majority of fans of other clubs, to say the whole Rangers support is a nightmare for me is a poor comment.

I, m away to my shed/ workshop/ genetics lab, I've got the d. n. a of Gough, Ferguson, Grieg, the goalie, baxter, mc coist, brown, cooper, laudrup and a few more and I'm going to make a Rangers version of the six million dollar man, we will call him billy Austin, we have the technology, well a dremel and some tools from the middle of Lidl.
Once I've made eleven of them, we, ll be okay, nnnnnnnnnnn, mmmmmmmmmm, dddddddddfddd.
