Gazza was an excellent player, definitely one of the top 3, however Laudrup is my number one.
Let's hope the days are back when we managed to keep these type of players. ??.

Nonsense bouncy he was one of the greatest players of his generation certainly along with laudrup the best player I've seen at ibrox in my life. For raw talent only davie cooper was better of the players I've watched.

I'm 78 and have seen a lot of very talented players, but one game sticks in my mind, and that was Gazza's performance against Aberdeen at Ibrox to win us the league, he's definitely up there with the best.

I didn't see Slim Jim at Rangers only the fat version that returned to us but by all accounts he was superb. Of the players I have seen play, Gazza is No 2, Laudrup is the best player I've seen in a Rangers strip.
Third place would be up for debate, with guys like Cooper, R. DeBoer, Mols and Durrant ( both pre injuries), all in the mix .
I would probably pick Jorg Albertz becasue he is my favourite player of all time, loved his shooting, his passing, his goals against the other mob and his attitude when playing for us.

Since posting that, I have considered my Top 5 and Gascoigne isn't even close to it. My top 5 is as follows
1. Brian Laudrup
2. Davie Cooper
3. Alistair McCoist
4. Graeme Souness
5. Barry Ferguson
55 years old. been in and around football for most of my adult life and have played a bit at a fairly high level. As I said above, Gascoigne was a good player but not as good (in my opinion) as those I have listed.
