Lump on lads next rangers manager will be Derek McInnes, rangers to approach Kilmarnock during international break, no top tier manager is going to go to rangers at this point with the points behind with the money available to spend with the squad of players available and the BIG One, the symbolic state that Scottish football is in at the minute.

Well Bennett and Bisgrove should forget about extending the stadium, they won`t need it for a team who are finishing second all the time. I`m pretty sure than there are managers who are better than him who would want a good wage to build a good side.

Hahaha I was sat with Derek in Greenock at the weekend. Unless he's a top class poker player he told me that he wasn't going anywhere and that no approach from rangers will be made. I was slightly disappointed as I think he could have provided stability. But sorry mate from the horses mouth it's a no go.

I think McInnes is happy to be back in management. He’ll want to keep that Kilmarnock job for a few years. I don’t think he’d like to join Rangers, go through all the hassle, then potentially be sacked and left out of a job.
He knocked up back before to continue a project at Aberdeen. I think he know the Rangers management job at that time was an accident waiting to happen. In retrospect, he was right because Murty was a ruined man.
Plus, McInnes had a right go at Pedro for not challenging Celtic. But they were running away with it during an invincible season. It’s just not for him.

Fans have to be realistic of the situation, there is no money in Scottish football like years past . The club need to re-embellish their identity, a reality check back to basics this nonsense about attractive football has never worked, hard working winning football is what all football is based off, effort, strength and a will to win at any cost is what is needed .

I can see them going for McInnes if I’m honest.
What makes me think this is if they’re asking people like mccleish and fergie then they would say get a British manager who knows the Scottish game and is a rangers man.
That’s to me is what they’re going to say tad a starting point.
If u don’t have that u start to look at foreign managers.
That to me is what they’re going to advise the board anyway.

Tbrw. We can be realistic but McInnes is not that man you talk about I would rather keep Beale than have him. McInnes wouldn’t make it to the end of the season.

McInnes was right not to take the job because it was an accident waiting to happen and it left Murty a ruined man? A couple of months afterwards we appointed Gerrard and the proper rebuild of the club began. That could have been McInnes` project, but thank god he turned it down, we got a guy in that had the character to do the job . let's be honest here the only reason McInnes turned it down is that we didn`t want his No2 Tony Docherty to come with him. We dodged a bullet once, hopefully we dodge it again, he is managing at his proper level.

I'm told that there have been no managers that have been mentioned flying into either of the main London Airports this week but that there has been one, possibly two meetings in London which leads me to believe that Lampard has definitely had F2F talks with Bisgrove. No idea who the other prospective manager might be if there was a second person met with.
I also understand that Bisgrove and Bennett do not see McInnes as an option since the Commercial Clients will want a recognised Name, (which commercially, McInnes is not) .

The SD case will have no affect on the long term running of rangers football club it is a side show don't believe the complete nonsense and spin it is a damages case that is all, In no way will sports direct get the merchandise contract game. End of story .
