The guy wasn't insulting, or threatening, but he certainly never missed Tav. And what did our illustrious leader do? Soiled the bed and done one! Disgraceful and embarrassing! I've backed Tav to the hilt, but he needs to go too!

Left Jack Butland to face up to it, the only guy who has no questions to answer this season. He's been terrific and without him we would be even worse off.

Yes I have seen it and apart from Tav struggling to make out what the guy’s saying what else did you expect Tav to say? The fan is clearly angry and I get that but what do you expect Tav to say? All Butland said was I know it’s not good enough, we know that.
There’s a lot wrong with rangers at the moment but Tav is far from the worst of them. What fans need to remember is the fact that Tav might not be a leader in terms of shouting at players etc but it’s not his fault he was asked to be captain of the club.

I seen the video and tav didn’t cover himself in glor in as a captain.
The guy speaking, the fan, wasn TV cheeky or threatening he was actually respectful to tav but clearly angry.
I love tav and constantly stick up for him when people are against him but I do feel he could’ve done more in that situation. He should have stood and spoke to the fan if even for a minute or 2.
He was shuffling away whilst speaking he should have stopped walking and stood and gave a man’s answer to the fan.
I feel he didn’t respond like a captain should.

Tav had to judge the situation at the time, with emotions running high, he did the right thing, for all he new, the bloke might have wanted to stick one on him . I don’t think it’s in Tav’s nature to have confrontation. On Thursday when he smacks a free kick into the net he’ll be a hero again ???.

Exactly StevieG2, I totally agree with you there. The guy wasn't cursing or threatening in anyway, and although upset, he put his feelings across in a passionate and clear manner. Just like you mate, I have continuously stuck up for Tav, but he's went right down in my estimations after that.

All clubs advertise and sell football kits. The club is obligated to contractually with their kit manufacturer I imagine. You only view this as an issue because you are upset. When we were in the lower divisions people blamed Homeland and Nando’s ?.

Agree Verdant, our revenue making off the pitch has improved dramatically, if only we had spent money on quality player who entertained the fans rather than going for net zero spend we would sell a lot more strips. Speculate to accumulate and all that and that’s before taking performance related money into account.

IhVe no issue with club trying to maximise its revenue streams however where the issue is, is where we are seeing it unwisely spent. Bad transfer windows for sub par players who are making a fortune in wages . that’s the issue for me.
