Coops, I don't think Miovski offers a great deal mate, I'd rather have him now than not have him, but if we can move him on and replace with a promising young striker, then I'm all for that mate.

It would make a lot of sense to move Miovski on in January if the idea is to bring in someone like Karlsbakk in preparation for next season. Miovski will be gone by next season so it's the smart move.

I see no reason why a 4/5th choice striker would be untouchable in January SWS.

Miovski's sale would mean we need to sign a striker. A striker who would be 3rd choice to start with and potentially 5th when both injured guys are fit.
It'd also mean someone needs to pick up his wage and pay a fee. He will be on far more than the clubs who might want him can pay.
A lot of things would need to fall into place but I wouldn't be surprised if we wanted better, most likely on loan.

If we do sell Miovski and sign another striker why are people assuming he will be 3rd or 4th choice. Nobody has a guarenteed starting spot in our team so, if that player comes in and scores and performs well then he will play. Simple as that, competition for places is healthy.

I think the summer window showed that we can't just decide to sell players and it will happen. It needs somebody to actually want to buy the player. I'm pretty sure we would have sold Miovski in the summer if we had got a decent offer and the same goes for most of the guys we eventually had to loan out and guys like Souttar and McCausland who are still at the club even though they are unwanted.
Lets wait and see , if Miovski has an impact between now and January I would doubt we would sell him and have to find a replacement who will settle quickly . Once Chermiti is fit we would have 5 strikers and somebody would have to go then but that's some way away .
